Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces Sexual Assault and Trafficking Allegations

A lawsuit has been filed against rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, accusing him of sexual assault and sex trafficking. The claim, brought forward by a former adult film actress, alleges that Combs abused and trafficked her over several years during “White parties.”

On Wednesday, July 3, in the U.S. District Court, Andria English submitted the lawsuit to the Southern District of New York. She asserts that Combs hired her for numerous “White parties” in the Hamptons, New York, where she was allegedly coerced into prostitution and sex work.

The lawsuit also names several companies and individuals associated with the parties, including Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Vibe Magazine, and Penske Media Corporation (PMC), among others.

Jonathan Davis, attorney for Sean Combs, issued a statement affirming, “Regardless of the number of lawsuits filed, it does not alter the fact that Mr. Combs has never committed sexual assault or sex trafficking.” He continued, “We live in a time where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason, often without evidence. Thankfully, a fair and impartial judicial system is in place to uncover the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will overcome these and other unfounded allegations in court.”

In the lawsuit, Andria English alleges that she participated in several “White parties” where Sean Combs purportedly pressured her into engaging in sexual acts with guests, including jeweler Jacob Arabo. The lawsuit also accuses Combs of providing narcotics at these events and contaminating drinks with ecstasy. According to the victim’s attorney, English was “unable to remember specifics from the Miami White Parties due to the heightened demand for illicit drugs and alcohol during her work for Defendant Combs.”

As of July 2024, more than six people have accused Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexual assault. Additionally, on March 25, 2024, investigators raided the musician’s property in Los Angeles in connection with these allegations.

Combs has denied all accusations, stating, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation, and my legacy.”
